Notice:

You are responsible for the safe operation and use of your recreational vehicle, truck or other automotive vehicle with air-operated parking brakes.  An RV, truck, or other automotive vehicle can be a dangerous or deadly vehicle if all safety precautions contained in your Owner’s Manual are not taken.  Absolute Brake recommends that, prior to each use of the vehicle, all drivers, users, and passengers review the Travel Tips, Travel Checklist, Driver Safety, and Passenger Safety sections of the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual carefully.  After parking, the Air Brake Plunger Securing Device should be secured to the parking brake plunger exactly as stated in the directions.  This device is an aid in securing your vehicle.  It is not guaranteed to prevent accidental movement or intentional theft.  Minors should be under adult supervision at all times when in or around the vehicle.  Please address any questions or concerns to your Absolute Brake dealer as soon as possible.

Absolute Brake® One-Year Warranty:

Each Absolute Brake® Air Brake Plunger Securing Device is warranted for one (1) year from the original date of invoice or bill of sale from Absolute Brake® or its authorized Dealer or Distributor.  If the Absolute Brake® product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship Absolute Brake® will replace the product free of charge. This warranty includes replacement parts only upon return of the defective part or product.  The customer must pay any applicable shipping and/or handling.

Absolute Brake® is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and any damages against Absolute Brake® are limited to the purchase price actually paid by the customer.

This warranty is null and void if the defect, malfunction, or failure of the product or any component part was caused by damage (not resulting from a defect or malfunction) or abuse while in the possession of the customer.  Tampering by any person or the failure to fully comply with the Absolute Brake® operating and installation instructions voids this Warranty.  Absolute Brake® expressly disclaims any and all other implied or express warranties, including warranties of merchantability and/or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
